Logistics

Logistics is where you store everything that gets you to and around your destination.

Flights

Add a flight with the airline and flight number — yumo looks up the route, times, and aircraft for you. You can also enter the details manually for charters or codeshares.

Each flight tracks:

• Departure and arrival airports + times.
• Confirmation code and seat numbers.
• Status (Confirmed, Tentative, Cancelled).
• Attached files (boarding passes, etickets).

Flights appear automatically on your itinerary on the day they depart.

Hotels

Add a hotel with the name and check-in/check-out dates. yumo records:

• Address (with map preview).
• Confirmation number.
• Cost per night and total.
• Room details (e.g. "King, non-smoking").
• Notes — for breakfast included, gym hours, anything you'll want at check-in.

A hotel spans every day between check-in and check-out on your itinerary.

Ground transport

For trains, rentals, transfers, ferries, and rideshares. Capture:

• Mode (train, car, bus, ferry, taxi, other).
• Pickup and drop-off locations + times.
• Confirmation code, vehicle details, driver contact.

Like flights and hotels, transport entries surface on the relevant itinerary day.

Editing & deleting

Click any logistics entry to open it in a side panel where you can edit, mark cancelled, or delete. Cancelled entries stay in the list (struck through) so the history is preserved.
