Itinerary

Build a day-by-day plan with events you can mark done and rearrange.

The Itinerary tab is your day-by-day plan. Each trip day shows the events scheduled on it, in order.

Adding events

Click + under any day, or use the keyboard shortcut N with a day focused. Each event has:

  • Title — what you're doing (e.g. Lunch at Bib Gourmand).
  • Time — optional. If you leave it blank, the event sorts to the top of the day as "anytime".
  • Location — pulls in a map preview when you add an address.
  • Notes — free-form, for confirmation numbers or reminders.

Marking events done

Tick the checkbox on any event to mark it done. Done events stay visible (greyed out) so you have a record of what happened — useful for travel journaling after the trip.

Moving events

Drag any event to a different day to reschedule it. You can also use the Move to day action from the event menu.

Working across time zones

yumo stores event times in the trip's local time zone. If you're traveling across zones, set the destination's time zone in Trip settings before adding events — yumo will display times in local time and convert correctly when calendars sync.

Linking from other places

Many things become events on your itinerary:

  • Bucket list items can be promoted to events with a target date.
  • Flights, hotels, and transport appear automatically on the relevant days.
  • Vision board items can be materialized into an event when you turn a board into a trip.
